All products that you buy in our store are subject to 24 months warranty.

If an item is damaged or defective, you can file a complaint with us. To process this, download and fill in the Warranty Complaint Document and send it to us both with the product and the receipt on the following address:

Products should be in clean condition.
All complaints are handled by authorized expert within 14 days since the receipt of your product.

In case of a justified complaint - faulty goods will be repaired or replaced by another product (full value). If this is not possible (eg because short of stocks) - we will refund you the equivalent price of the product.
In case of an unjustified complaint product will be returned to customer.

Without the receipt included the reclamation will be rejected.
Customer send the product at his/her expense, the COD packages will not be accepted.

: we are unable to accept reclamations for the following defects:
·         Damage to the heel of a shoe
·         Scuffed noses of shoes due to every day usage
·         Damage due to incorrect or intense usage
·         Increased perspiration
·         Colour transfer (i.e. jeans colouring socks blue)
·         Bobbling of the fabric
·         Damage due to external factors, such as friction, sharp objects or chemicals
·         Articles that cause physical discomfort i.e. blisters
